Customer Service Is Key to a Successful Service Company!



Twice yesterday I was told how professional I am. This happened when I was reaching out to clients before they called me or at the schedule time on the DOT. I realized something working with so many clients in the service business, if you don't call them before they call you, they get worried. If someone pays you money and you do not give them any updates on progress or communicate with them effectively, they will begin to worry that you ran off with their money. If you are providing a service, being in constant communication with your client makes for easier engagements.
