Time Management Techniques (The 4 D's of Execution) : An Entrepreneur's Journey pt 9

Ok, I will keep this post short and to the point.  Imagine you have a very very long to-do list, use the 4 D's of Time Management:
  1. Do It:  This means do it right there and then.
  2. Defer It: This means put it off for another time in your agenda.
  3. Delegate It:  This means get someone else to do it.
  4. Drop It:  This means cross it off your list and forget all about it.
If you run down your to-do list and do one of the four things listed above I guarantee that you will live a little less stressed and your productivity will go up!  Let me explain..

I also wrote an article called "Giving Your Business the D!  What Startups & Entrepreneurs Need to Succeed" on my other blog www.MicroCapCompany.com

You can see all of my videos on PushYourRank's YouTube Channel as soon as I post them.  I repost the videos here to give you more context into what I was thinking and maybe what I was going through that day that might be relevant.  Again my goal with these videos is to document what I have learned from entrepreneurship.
